Drawing on social exchange theory, we proposed and tested a mediation model linking perceived supervisor support (PSS) to employee attitudinal and performance outcomes by highlighting two complimentary mediators: trust in supervisor and citizenship role definition. Using 169 supervisor-subordinate dyads from a variety of organizations in China, the study's results indicate that even though trust in supervisor and citizenship role definition jointly accounted for the effect of PSS on ' employee attitude (I. E. , affective commitment), they explain disparate behavioral outcomes of PSS. It was found that trust in supervisor fully mediated the effect of PSS on task performance, whereas citizenship role definition fully mediated the effect of PSS on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). In addition, this study contributed to the literature by developing and validating a new OCB scale for Chinese Mainland, the PRC OCB Scale. Results of this study were discussed in terms of their theoretical and practical implications for management research.

The delimitation of urban agglomeration region is a critical issue in urban studies. But there are no standard methods so far for the delimitation. Starting with the concept of urban agglomeration, this paper reviews the methods of the delimitation of urban agglomeration region. We sum up two types of the methodology of the delimitation of urban agglomeration region. We compare and analyze a variety of promising and representative methods such as the key indicators distribution analysis, radiant ability of central city-based analysis, modeling analysis, multi-factor overlay analysis and spatial correlation analysis. Based on such, the common characteristics of the existing methods are abstracted and further developments are discussed. Finally we conclude that the analysis based on the functional zones, emphasizing the relations between the cities and the mode of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis are the developing trends of the method. Facing to the more emergences of the polycentric urban agglomeration and the network urban agglomeration, the method combining spatial statistical analysis based on GIS with the analysis of the flow data among cities would be a better choice for the delimitation of urban agglomeration region.

For the requirement of ground test and verification of SAR satellite payload, a ground test and verification system of SAR satellite is proposed. Based on the completion of the test system scheme design, the design and implementation methods of echo simulator and quick-look system are presented. The echo simulator achieves echo generation in real time by a one-dimensional frequency domain algorithm, and the quick-look system uses GPU to obtain high computational performance. The article proposes a SAR imaging algorithm for TOPS mode. The system has been used to complete the ground test of several SAR satellites in China. The results show that the system can meet the ground test verification requirements of SAR satellite, and the ground test results match well with the on-orbit test results. The application of the system guarantees the successful launch and stable operation of the SAR satellite.

Coupled with solid mechanics experiment method and icing wind tunnel experiment method,the ice shear adhesion strength measurement is implemented in test section of 3m×2m icing wind tunnel.Firstly,the ice shear adhesion strength test equipment is established on the basis of test section,which is used to measure the shear adhesion strength between ice and solid wall of airplane.Then the peeling of ice from solid wall is implemented by fixing outer model and stretching inner model.The computational model is also established to describe the shear peeling process.The plane elasticity equations are adopted to describe the computational model.The unstructured mesh is used to distribute the computational domain.The finite element method is utilised to discrete and solve the equation group.In view of the adaptability of different fracture mechanics criterion,the maximum shear stress criterion is adopted to judge the influence of shear stretching on the peeling of ice from solid wall.It shows that the ice shear adhesion stress will be increased along with the axial force load on the inner model.Due to the constrain of the outer model,there are two slight peaks of shear adhesion stress at two sides of adhesion interface and variation of the shear adhesion stress is slight flat in the middle of adhesion interface.The ice shear adhesion strength from the present experiment is reasonable from 0.4MPa to 1.0MPa,which is good agreement with the reference experimental results.The shear adhesion strength of glaze ice is larger that that of rime ice.The present experimental method and measurement device are reasonable.And the computational model and numerical results have been validated by the experimental results.

A kind of single-polarization and single-mode photonic crystal fiber (SPSM PCF) is proposed in this paper. It is a PCF structure with elliptical air holes in the cladding and four large holes introduced in the first ring. A full-vector plane wave expansion method is employed to analyze this PCF structure. The numerical results show that this PCF structure can realize ultra-broad SPSM bandwidth as 540nm with the confinement loss less than 0.1dB/km, the broadest bandwidth as far as our knowledge goes.

Governments attach great importance to the adoption of latest technologies to improve the E-government performance and reduce IT expenditure. Cloud computing, an emerging computing resources management model, features low-cost, high performance, security and flexibility, etc. At present, it still faces a lack of theoretical and technical support about how to use cloud computing to improve the management of local governments' IT resources. This paper firstly makes a thorough analysis about the existing problems in the management of local governments' IT resources and points out that cloud computing is an effective approach to solving these problems. After that, the basic concepts, main service models and enlightenment of cloud computing are elaborated. And then, this paper presents local government IT resources cloud sharing model and explains in detail related operating mechanism. Based on the model, this paper designs hardware resources cloud sharing system, software resources cloud sharing system and information resources cloud sharing system. In the last part, a comparative analysis between local government IT resources cloud sharing model and the current management model is given. As it turns out, the former can promote IT resource sharing and departmental collaboration, which will finally contribute to better public services.
